Hi, I'm Vanessa McLennan and I'm super passionate about health, food, mental wellness, psychology, and yoga and I love bringing all of these together to help women to overcome their struggle with weight.

I provide continued support through these challenges and any mental issues that come up through the journey of weight loss.
It brings me so much joy to see women change their eating habits and mindset around health and food and discover they can have freedom around food.
My clients no longer feel controlled by food and they make their own food choices based on their inner strength and happiness, rather than fear, guilt, or shame.
